He rested well last night. Heart rate is up and he is running a slight temperature. I'm sure they will work on both this morning and we'll have a more complete assessment when Rhonda meets with the Dr. at the 1pm visitation.
Good morning! I read Tim’s blog regarding Phil’s accident. I have added Phil’s name to our prayer hat at our Church. Also, Corrine and I will be praying daily for a quick and successful recovery. I have no doubt that the fight in the Phil Carr that I know will help facilitate a speedy recovery. Ironically, Phil and I spoke to each other last week at length, catching up on what has been happening in our lives as we continue to age. He called me out of the blue and we had a great conversation. Phil greatly influenced both my personal and professional life and was a great mentor to me back in the Transamerica days. I have always had the upmost respect for Phil and how he approached life in general. Phil clearly defines what it means to be a “man” in all aspects of the word. I am honored to classify Phil as one of the most important mentors in my adult life as well as a lifelong friend. I will continue to follow Tim’s blog for daily updates. Society is in dire need of more men like Phil Carr, men that have proven over the years to be productive contributors to the world we live in. May God bless you and your family as you navigate through these difficult times.
